A fixed licence.
Not a percentage of your media budget.

The price of Datafy depends on the size of your model landscape, not on how much media you buy. If the model advises raising your budget, we earn nothing extra from that. So you know for certain the recommendation serves only one interest: your return.

The model

How the pricing works

No surprises and no open ends: one annual licence that includes everything that keeps the model running.

Fixed annual licence

One fixed amount per year, known in advance. No fee per user, no meter on API calls, no percentage of your media spend.

Everything included

Onboarding and data connection, weekly recalculation, model validation, platform access for your whole team and support, with no extra-work invoices.

Scales with your landscape

The price grows only when you have more modelled: an extra brand, market or KPI. Not when your media budget rises.

The drivers

What determines the amount

Three factors determine the size of your licence, so you can estimate for yourself where you land.

Brands & labels

Each brand or label gets its own model with its own budget recommendations. More brands means more models.

Markets

Each market has its own seasonal patterns, media and competition, and therefore its own model configuration.

Channels & data sources

The number of media channels and data sources we connect and maintain, from TV broadcast schedules to platform data.

The calculation

Put the licence next to the leak

With the model, our clients found savings of 20-33% on their performance costs or cost per sale, on media budgets in the millions. The licence is a fraction of what leaks away each year to channels past their saturation point.

Proof first, then the licence

Large organisation? Start with a Proof of Value.

A defined project with a fixed price and a fixed end date: the model built on your history, tested against your realised revenue, closed with a validation report. After that you decide on the licence. If you continue, the Proof of Value is deducted. This way procurement first signs off on a small, defined amount instead of a multi-year contract.
